Warranty & Repairs

We are pleased to conduct repairs for equipment that we have sold, and if there is a fault with the machine that is covered by the manufacturers warranty policy, we are able to claim on the customers behalf.

Fuel, belt, or tyre issues are generally not covered by warranty.

If your machine has been purchased from a distribution warehouse, or online vendor, your first port of call is with them. We are not obliged to resolve issues. If we choose to repair your machine, there will be a booking in/inspection fee in all instances. Collection and return by our vehicles is charged at our normal workshop rate. All appropriate warranty registrations must be complete, and the original sales invoice supplied. Incorrectly assembled, poor maintenance and inappropriate application are not warrantable and chargeable to the owner.

All accounts will be settled by the owner, the retailer or the manufacturer prior to equipment being removed from our premises.
